4x4 Driving & Rock Climbing or Canoeing
Got a group of between six and twenty people that fancy a full day of action, comprised of two contrasting experiences that will enable you all to enjoy some of your time in the Highlands in two very different ways? Working with our associates at Experience 4x4, Craggan Outdoors can provide you with just that! Your day will be based at Experience 4x4's dedicated off-road driving centre, set in 40 acres of Highland hillside overlooking the beautiful Loch Duntelchaig. Half a day will be spent enjoying the freedom of a purpose-built 4x4 track cut through hillside woodland, negotiating a series of steep uphills, descents and side-slopes, 'Nessie's back' and 'The Seesaw'. With just two people per vehicle, each group member will enjoy good driving time in one of a range of specially prepared 4x4s, looked after by Experience 4x4's experienced owner-instructors.
The other half day is yours to choose from either canoeing on Loch Duntelchaig, or climbing one of the dramatic crags that overlooks the water. Whichever you choose you'll enjoy the peace, tranquility and beauty of one of the Highlands best kept secrets. If you choose canoeing then your group will be briefed and then kitted up with all necessary equipment to enjoy an instructor-led paddle out onto the loch. If it's climbing, then again, briefed and kitted up you'll be led on two or three climbs chosen so as to be suited to the abilities and of the group members, and once at the top you'll be rewarded with the views back down to the loch below.
For obvious reasons this activity option is only available to groups in which everybody holds a full driving licence. It is also only available as the specified package, and cannot be linked with other activities on the same day, although of course you're very welcome to book other activities for other days. Pricing ranges from £117 per person & upwards, depending upon the number of people in your group.
